Training Terms & Conditions
1. Deposits
- All deposits are NON-refundable and secure your spot in the upcoming class. 
- Deposits may not be transferred to another student. 
- With at least 3 days’ notice, a deposit may be applied one time toward a future class date. Less than 3 days’ notice results in forfeiture. 
2. Tuition Balance
- The remaining balance of tuition is due no later than one (1) week prior to the first day of class. 
- An invoice will be emailed in advance, and timely payment is required to confirm enrollment. 
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in losing your reserved seat, and your deposit will not be refunded. 
3. Financing
- All financing contracts are FINAL and NON-refundable. 
- Students who choose financing are fully responsible for fulfilling their financing agreement regardless of attendance or completion status. 
4. Attendance & Participation
- Students must arrive on time and attend all scheduled class hours to be eligible for certification. 
- Missed time cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited. 
- Models are required for hands-on training; it is the student’s responsibility to secure a model unless otherwise arranged with the academy. 
5. Certification
- Certificates of Completion will be awarded only when full tuition is paid and all course requirements have been met. 
- Completion of training does not guarantee employment or income; success depends on the student’s effort, continued practice, and compliance with local regulations. 
6. Licensing & Regulations
- Licensing and regulations vary by state and county. It is the student’s responsibility to confirm and comply with the laws in their area. 
- The academy provides sanitation, safety, and best practices training but is not responsible for state licensing approval. 
7. Liability
- By enrolling, the student acknowledges that training involves hands-on practice with live models. 
- Students agree to follow all safety and sanitation protocols taught during training. 
- The academy and its instructors are not liable for injuries, infections, or misuse of skills outside the classroom.
